Repair Options: Putting Your Part Back Into Production

Standard Repair: The timeframe for our standard repair process is generally 3-4 weeks. In many cases we can complete a repair much faster, and will ship out immediately upon completion.

Rush Repair: We recognize that at times a 3-4 week wait is simply too long. Therefore we offer a rush repair that brings the repair time down to 5-7 Days. The additional fee this rush option is 10% of the total or $100 depending on which is greater.

Emergency Repair: We offer an emergency repair to help our customer with factory downtime scenarios. We can guarantee this repair within 48-72 hrs at a 25% increase from the previously quoted price. We will be happy to work with you regarding expedited shipping options or a courier.
Product Warranty: For Your Peace of Mind

3 Year Warranty: Our 3 year warranty covers all PLCs, HMIs and Circuit Boards.

2 Year Warranty: Our 2 year warranty covers all AC, DC, and Servo Drives

1 Year Warranty: Our 1 year warranty covers all Motors and Mechanical Components.

Distribution Cache agrees to provide a suitable replacement, repair, or full monetary refund in the event that the previously referenced product becomes dysfunctional through normal and proper use and that such can be faithfully shown by the aforementioned purchasing party. In such an event, in lieu of any additional agreement between the two parties, the cost of the shipment’s return shall fall on the customer, at which point, upon receiving the dysfunctional product with a matching serial number, Distribution Cache will issue a full refund, exempting prior shipping costs, conduct a repair, or provide an equivalent product. Distribution Cache, after consulting with the purchasing party, retains the right to choose between the aforementioned options. In the event of a part failure, please contact our warranty department immediately

Unless the product is deemed unrepairable, we will repair it at the cost quoted no matter the expenses of time and parts. We believe this streamlines the process and lets you know before getting started exactly what you are looking at pricewise.

Receipt of Product: We will notify you when the product has been received and let you know that it has been received by the tech.

Updates: We will update you if any unexpected delays arise. Generally delays mean that replacement parts must be ordered and are more common with parts in obsolescence than other lines.

Testing and Quality Control: All parts will be fully tested after the repair is completed. The product will be cleaned and prepared for shipping in order to improve the presentation as it is returned to you or your customer.

Warranty: Keep in mind that we stand behind our products and will make sure that we are there to bail you out in the event of a part failure.
