The National Instruments cFP-2200 (Part Number: 777317-2200) is a 128 MB Storage, 128 MB DRAM, 400 MHz Controller for NI CompactField Point. This Controller comes equipped with one serial port that can be used to connect a variety of serial devices, such as input or display devices. When power is applied to the NI cFP-2200, the Controller initiates a power on self-test or POST. The cFP-2200 can be configured to launch a stand-alone, embedded LabVIEW Real-Time application. The system clock of this Controller acquires the time and date from the internally existing real-time, high precision clock at system startup. Users can also utilize the internal clock for the correction of the system clock's drift. The NI cFP-2200 has six DIP switches: NO APP, IP RESET, CONS OUT, SAFE MODE, USER 1, and USER 2. The two USER switches can be defined by the user for their own application. For embedded VIs, multiple remote front panels can be accessed through either a Web browser or LabVIEW, allowing the user to control and monitor any embedded VI from a remote location. The cFP 2200 is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3 and offers 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps auto-negotiated communication rates. The maximum cabling distance possible with this Controller is 100 ms/segment. With this module, the user can utilize a Class 2, 11 to 30 VDC external power supply. For systems where more than eight modules are required, a combination of a cFP-1808 expansion chassis and the cFP 2200 is a cost-effective and viable solution. With this combination, users can accomplish I/O expansion over serial or Ethernet. For connection to another network, the cFP 2200 has a RJ-45 Ethernet port on its controller front panel. Additionally, it has an Ethernet port 2 for connections to private networks. The cFP 2200 operates using the FieldPoint software 6.0.1 or later versions, and requires the installation of LabVIEW Real-Time Module 8.5.1 or later versions - an Application Development Environment. The device also features an RS-232 DTE serial port with a DB-9 connector. Although the cFP-2200 has been announced as obsolete by National Instruments, it will still be available for purchase and repairs through Apex Waves.

Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios.
