It features connections for external input trigger signals, scanner advanced output signals, and ensures safety with a safety ground lug and strain relief bar.

The National Instruments SCXI-1337 Terminal Block, also known as part number 187191A-01, is a versatile component designed to configure the NI SCXI-1129 as a 2-wire, dual 8 x 16 matrix. This terminal block allows for direct connectivity between signal wires and screw terminals, making it easy to set up and expand the matrix. It also features connections for external input trigger signals and scanner advanced output signals. The SCXI 1337 is a measurement Cat I rated module capable of carrying up to 150V signals and withstanding impulse voltages up to 800V. It offers maximum current per channel for both AAC and ADC. Safety is a top priority with this terminal block, as it includes a safety ground lug and strain relief bar. The SCXI 1337 can be easily attached to the front end connector of the SCXI-1129 with the help of two thumbscrews provided on the back end. To use this terminal block, one would need a compatible SCXI chassis and an SCXI-1129 switch module. This combination creates a reliable system ideal for switching applications requiring a high-channel-count. Additionally, matrix expansion can be achieved by integrating additional modules and allowing analog signals to pass through an expansion cable, HV backplane, and the SCXI-1337 Terminal Block.
