Description

The 159813D-01L National Instruments PXIe-3620 RF Upconverter / Downconverter Module is a crucial transceiver module for MIMO applications, supporting LO sharing and external mmWave heads. It offers a transmitter covering 8.5 to 13.5 GHz, a receiver with 2 GHz of instantaneous bandwidth, and superior phase noise performance with external LO sources like the PXIe-5653.

159813D-01L National Instruments PXIe-3620 RF Upconverter / Downconverter Module is an essential transceiver module for MIMO applications, supporting LO sharing and external mmWave heads. With a transmitter covering 8.5 to 13.5 GHz and a receiver offering 2 GHz of instant bandwidth, this module also allows for higher performance phase noise with external LO sources like the PXIe-5653. It is necessary for running the MMRH-3647 high power 71-76 GHz MMWave TX Adapter. Compatible with mmWave radio heads, the module creates additional phase noise based on the LO1 multiplication factor, usually 8 or 6. Featuring analog I/Q differential baseband connectors for connection to the PXIe-3610 and PXIe-3630, the module offers various interface connections including IF Interface with SMA female connectors and LO1 and LO2 interfaces with MMPX female connectors.
