780558-01 NI PXI-4132 Precision SMU National Instruments PXI-4132 PXI Source Measure Unit is a high-precision, programmable 10 pA, ±100 V SMU with a single isolated channel featuring a four-quadrant output, integrated external guarding, and (4-wire) sense. This SMU is ideal for precise leakage measurements on ICs, PCBs, Cables, and other discrete components due to its integrated guarding. With the ability to conduct high-speed current-voltage measurements on a wide range of components, such as organic LEDs and diodes, the PXI-4132 is a versatile tool. This SMU also allows synchronization and operation of multiple units through the PXI backplane for high-speed I-V measurements on complex devices like transistors. The PXI-4132 offers a maximum source update rate of 4,200 updates/s and a 500 ns trigger into source delay, supporting various input triggers and generating different output triggers. As a 3U type, one-slot PXI module with 2.0 cm × 13.0 cm × 21.6 cm nominal dimensions and weighing around 295 g, the PXI-4132 features 8 position, 5.08 mm COMBICON front panel connectors. Next Day Air Early AM - This service is the fastest overnight delivery option available. For most locations the package will be guaranteed by 8:30AM.
Next Day Air – This service guarantees delivery by 10:30AM and is the most frequently used option for overnight shipments.
Next Day Air Saver – This cost saving overnight alternative guarantees delivery by 3PM the next day.
2nd Day Air – For domestic shipments that would take 3-5 days if shipped via Ground, sometimes having the order in 2 days is a great way to go
Ground – Ground is the most inexpensive shipping option provided. Please ask if we are doing a “free domestic ground” shipping promotion on your order. We often provide free ground shipping on larger orders.
Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios. We prefer that the customer sets up the courier but we can be there to make sure the product is handed off to the driver. Please give us a call to see if this is an option on your order.
