779008-01 NI 9151 4-slot R Series Expansion Chassis for C Series I/O National Instruments NI-9151 CompactRIO Chassis is a versatile and reliable solution for high-performance, industrial signal conditioning applications. This Chassis can be easily mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail or on a panel, making it ideal for various configurations. It is designed to link directly to digital connectors on Multifunction Reconfigurable I/O Devices or PXI Reconfigurable I/O Modules, accommodating C Series I/O Modules seamlessly. Prior to mounting the NI-9151, it is important to ensure that the cable is not attached to the Chassis. The NI 9151 must have the green panhead screw connected to ground, and shielded cables can be linked to this screw for I/O module wiring. To connect the Chassis to an R Series Device, a SHC68-68-RDIO cable is required. Installation of NI CompactRIO Module Support software and NI R Series Multifunction RIO Device Drivers software is necessary for using C Series modules with the NI 9151. This model includes one 68-pin connector and does not support sleep mode, with an active mode chassis power consumption of 0.5 W. In addition, the NI 9151 adds a 4-slot expansion chassis to one R Series device and allows for the generation of precise timing, triggering, and synchronization schemes with a resolution of 25 ns. It weighs 18.6 oz and measures 5.6 x 3.5 x 2.3 in. with a recommended operating temperature range of -40 °C to 70 °C. Although the NI 9151 is considered obsolete by National Instruments, it will still be available for purchase and repairs through Apex Waves.

2nd Day Air – For domestic shipments that would take 3-5 days if shipped via Ground, sometimes having the order in 2 days is a great way to go

Emergency Courier – At times we can help work with a courier service to get the part to your facility during downtimes scenarios.
